For the Bulgari x Harper’s Bazaar editorial video, LAB81 oversaw the creative direction and full post-production process: from directing to editing, color grading to advanced compositing. The result is a visual piece where light, skin and jewelry merge into a single sensory narrative.
The video unfolds in a suspended, intimate space, each movement slowed down, each reflection treated as a narrative element. Jewelry is never merely an object; it becomes a symbol, a presence, a vibration. The warm, golden atmosphere and soft-focus treatment evoke a sense of dreamlike sensuality and timeless sophistication.
Our challenge was to enhance Bulgari’s iconic visual strength while maintaining an auteur, contemporary tone. The final piece speaks more to imagination than product, amplifying the perception of luxury through visual sensitivity and detail.
